etc.) are professional business matters of clinical consultation and
require a minimum payment of $35 to this

that if any question might be of interest to others, I reserve the right to
use the question (with editing for confidentiality) on the
Questions and Answers page of this website. To
keep your question entirely private, send a minimum
payment of $55.

Questions and Answers section to this website, and
you are welcome to submit a question that can be answered there, without
paying me for my time in answering it. In this case, your payment will be
the public service you give to others by sharing your concerns. With my time
constraints, though, it may be several weeks before I can answer any particular
question. Also, be advised that I may not be able to answer all questions
I receive under these conditions.
