Questions and Answers

What happens after following your spiritual counsels for 3 months? I mean, will I need psychotherapy?

Maybe. Maybe not. Christ told us to keep His commandments; He didn’t say anything about psychotherapy. So, if by following the spiritual counsels on this website you can learn to overcome your attachment to the world and your unconscious resistance to keeping His commandments, all you need thereafter is prayer and the Holy Sacraments.

On the other hand, if your experiment with the counsels shows you that your fear of surrender to God is stronger than your love for God, then psychotherapy will be necessary to get to the root causes of your unconscious anger.
